It can only be a matter of time before you have every surviving story upon a high quality digital versatile disc. Time, yes. But how much? Using modern mathematical techniques, Microsoft Excel has worked out how long it will take to get them all out on disc.

Notes -

"Missing stories" are those where less than half the episodes survive.

"Trial of a Time Lord" would have to be released as one set so only counts as one story.

"The New Series" isn't included, nor are charity specials, documentaries or other stuff.

"The Key to Time" season has been released in Region 1 so those stories are counted as released.

The first release - "The Five Doctors" - isn't used as the first release date because it was a full year before the range commenced as was used as a pilot (it increases the final date by 3 years!)
