BBC Worldwide Enterprises has announced a video distribution deal with an Albanian video distribution company called "The Albanian Video Distribution Company" to release a series of Doctor Who videos. "Eighth Planet" in Tirana are advertising a special signing by a Dalek for next Thursday. Admission is by purchase of two copies of the video and the small print says that the Dalek won't actually be able to sign anything because it is made of wood.
