Dimitris Balkanof explains why The Happiness Patrol is the most controversial release to date in Albania.

"It is being the case that Albania has government which cases so far for the people that they are concerned for us to be being the happy. This story controversials us because it gives viewing people the idea that caring governments are bad people. This is not the casings. Our governments are loving us and they are nothing like the character played in the Hapenis Patrols by Miss Tony Hancock"

Each cassette will retail for Ten Leke 50 and will be available from both good record shops.
