Critique - Quite a nice artwork cover here,
although John Ridgway doesn't quite get the Second Doctor right for me. It
was nice to have a transcript of the BBC1 trailer for The Ice Warriors
inside. I'm sure I groaned when I heard about Nicholas Parsons
guest-starring in a story to be directed by the man who had directed two
of my least favourite stories ever, though luckily things would not turn
out as I had feared! I don't know what happened with their news reporting
regarding the release of the first Dalek story on video - it's
unbelievable that they would have thought that only two episodes would be
released initially! And then they give us a story entitled Cancellation
Rumours "Nonsense". Not a good month for Gallifrey Guardian then!
