Hollies, Desire by U2, One Moment In Time by Whitney Houston and Orinoco
Flow by Enya.
Critique - The highlight of this issue for me was
the Nostalgia feature on Dalek Invasion of Earth - I'd always enjoyed the
Target novelisation, and this, complete with its rare photos, really made
me yearn to see it - little did I know that its video release was some 18
months away. A clever idea to recreate the classic Radio Times cover -
something the RT themselves sort of did this year too! There are some rare
photos from The Mutants too courtesy of the Chatham Standard, including
one of Jon Pertwee and a mouse on his shoulder! I enjoyed Planet of the
Dead, with good artwork from Lee Sullivan and a clever concept in the
first episode of seeing the companions who had died - either on screen or
even in the DWM strip itself in the case of Jamie.
