Skaro Says - Logo Polish remarks that Edge of
Destruction is a good book, and expands the original story to a greater
extent than he realised at the time. Nathan Cooke was sad to see Cranna
leave as editor, as he really enjoyed her time on the magazine. He hoped
that Freeman was not going to be another Ridout, but thankfully he was
even better! Andrew Curnow says that Andrew Pixley's debut is worthy of
note, with his articles always being very informative and, of late,
entertaining too. He was appalled to see Dragonfire get top spot in the
Season Survey result. Jonno remembers being much more pleased with DWM at
the time that Freeman became editor, with the magazine slowly starting to
become more fan orientated from now on, with more varied feature writers.
He remembers that it was exciting at the time with the return of the
Daleks to look forward to, and the chart-topping Doctorin' The Tardis,
which his sister bought him that month for his 19th birthday! Si Hart was
very disappointed at the time that Time And The Rani didn't win the season
survey, and couldn't understand why it didn't.
