Skaro Says - Craig Rollins believes that most of us at the time had no reason to believe that Colin Baker couldn't beat Tom Baker's 7 year run, with Colin not being to blame for the poorness of Season 22. One of the letter writers in this issue's Matrix Data Bank would become one of Si Hart's best friends a year or so later. Si also notes that Frobisher's mono-morphia was dependent on the comic strip writer. Jonno likens that to the TV production team's penchant for making K9 break down so as to stop him being too powerful.
