News And Views - To celebrate the 22nd anniversary, 22 characters from the series appeared on Children In Need, including four Doctors. An American stage play, The Inheritors of Time, may be brought to London. Andrew Pixley writes in to congratulate DWM on its vast improvement since issue 107, and refers to Time Screen, which he co-edits, while another reader notes that it will be time soon for a sequel to Masque of Mandragora, as the Mandragora Helix was due to return to the Earth in the late 20th century...

Notables - In a slightly Christopher H Bidmead themed issue, he is interviewed, Logopolis is Archived, and his three Target novelisations are reviewed.

Boxpops - The second series of Auf Wiedersehen, Pet debuts on ITV on 21st February. Top of the pop charts in February 86 were the continuing A-Ha and When The Going Gets Tough, The Tough Get Going by Billy Ocean.

Skaro Says - Nathan Cooke notes that even Andrew Pixley is appreciative of the new look under Sheila Cranna - he used to buy Pixley's Time Screen too, which he describes as the best telefantasy magazine ever. Logo Polish enjoyed the Bidmead interview, and even learnt from it what the H stood for (Hamilton). Si Hart agrees that that was a very good interview, and enjoyed the comic strip complete with its excellent full page cliffhanger. John Ridgway was his favourite DW comic strip artist. He remembers really enjoying the Villains article at the time, even though it tells you little about them! Andrew Curnow remembers the second series of Pet - having not watched the first series, this was his introduction to the show. Jon Masters likes the cover, and the good selection of colour pictures inside. There's a good selection of interviews, and the comic strip is much improved.
